PARADE DETAILS

The parade will take to the streets of historic downtown Pocatello on Saturday, November 12th, at 10:00 AM

The parade will delight spectators while honoring our veterans with veteran-themed decorative floats and participation from all six military branches and 13 local Veteran Service Organizations

Seating will be available at Caldwell Park where Paul Anderson, the Pocatello Veterans Day Parade emcee, will announce details about each parade entry

Anyone can enter a float

There is no float entry fee
-
The float entry deadline is October 22

Floats should be signed on all four sides to identify the group

Float dimensions should not exceed 55' long, 13' high, and 9' wide
-
Float materials should withstand rain and snow

Float music is welcome (no load sirens please)

Anyone can honor a veteran with a Memory / Honor Walk and walk in the parade with a photo, memento, or sign

There is no Memory / Honor Walk entry fee

The Memory / Honor Walk entry deadline is October 22

All float and Memory Walk entries must be pre-approved by the parade committee
